1. Key Points for Installation and Operation of Spiral Tube Machine for Refrigeration

The end of the relief valve vent pipe should be Ω-shaped or T-shaped, and the discharge port should face the safety zone. The safety valve and the equipment are occasionally provided with shut-off valves. During operation, they must be in a fully open position and sealed with lead.
Steel casing shall be set up for spiral tube machine passing through wall or floor slab, and the weld shall not be placed in the casing. The steel casing shall be flush with the wall or floor slab or the bottom surface of the floor slab, but shall be 20 mm higher than the ground. The courtyard between the spiral tube machine and the casing shall be filled with thermal insulation or other non-combustible materials and shall not be used as a support for the pipeline.

The exposed part of the transmission device of the spiral tube machine of the ventilator shall have a protective cover. When the air inlet or air inlet pipe of the ventilator is directly connected to the atmosphere, a protective net or other safety measures shall be installed.
If the base of the spiral tube machine of the ventilator is directly placed on the foundation without shock absorbing device, it shall be leveled with paired inclined pads.
The air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe devices of the spiral tube machine of the ventilator shall have separate supports and shall be firmly connected with the foundation or other buildings. When the spiral tube machine of the ventilator is connected with the fan, the flange surface shall not be pulled hard or strongly, and the casing shall not bear the weight of other parts to prevent deformation.

The spiral tube machine is connected with the flange. If the flanging size is 6 mm-9 mm, the flanging should be flat and there should be no holes.
The included angle of three or four-way of the circular spiral tube machine should be 15-60 degrees, and the allowable deviation of the included angle should be less than l degree.
The connection of each pipe section of the spiral air duct shall be in a detachable form, and the length of the pipe section shall be 1.8-4.0. The welded air duct and the spiral tube machine shall be appropriately lengthened.
