CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Use Environment Control

The CNC plasma cutting machine needs a water storage tank for cutting on the water surface. The work table used to place the workpiece in the water storage tank is composed of a plurality of ordered pointed steel members that support the cut workpiece on a horizontal surface.

When the cutting gun of the CNC plasma cutting machine works, the plasma arc is surrounded by a layer of water curtain. In order to maintain a continuous water curtain, a circulating water pump is needed to draw water from the storage tank before driving it into the cutting gun. When the water is sprayed from the torch, it forms a water curtain surrounding the plasma arc.
