Maintenance of Air Duct Production Line

The normal operation of the air duct production line is inseparable from the normal operation of the machine. Therefore, in order to ensure that the machine works normally and the air duct production line of daily life will not stop and fail, it is necessary to maintain and repair the air duct production equipment. Ⅰ. Maintenance of air duct production line

1. For the improvement of the air duct cleaning technology system of the air duct production line, the material development requirements for flexible pipes are relatively high, and we need to have the characteristics of dustproof, good airtightness, and smooth inner wall surface. The connection between it and the air duct equipment is more scientific and strict, and the design requirements of the air outlet are also more rigorous, the quality must be qualified, and the frame and blades must be smooth.

2. The air duct production line should have the opening and closing mark when making the air valve, the multi-leaf valve blade joint should be overlapped, and the wheelbase deviation should be within 1mm. For flexible pipes, the tightness should be appropriate, the length should be within the scope of construction specifications, and meet the design requirements, and cracking and distortion are not allowed.

3. The air duct production line's manufacturing requirements for the engine cover are embodied in the balance of shape and adjustment, and the size deviation is within 2mm per meter. The rotating parts of the fire valve are required to have strong anti-corrosion properties, and they are sealed to tight and airtight.

Ⅱ. Cleaning of air duct production line

1. Power scrubbing, use pneumatic technology or electric brush to brush the dirt, and then the dirt is sucked into the vacuum collector in the same method and direction as the gas flushing time. The air duct production line adopts this method to avoid damaging the surface of the thermal insulation engineering material as much as possible.

2. The gas is flushed. The air duct production line adopts this method to deliver compressed air and air by means of a hose equipped with a nozzle connected to the air duct. The design of the nozzle structure enables the compressed air quality to drive out dust and dirt, while The dirt and dust dried by the compressed air are transported along the air duct to the vacuum collecting container.

3. For vacuum sewage, there is also a similar handheld vacuum sewage pipe and the pipe wall to use a brush to sweep the dirt and operate in direct contact. This method requires a larger pipe aperture, so that the operator can get the operating space. However, this method may not be able to remove all dust and dirt due to the inability to create a negative pressure across the tube.
