Before using the air duct production line, you should read the instruction manual and other relevant information carefully to operate the air duct production line correctly, and pay attention to the following points:
1. The machine tool operators and maintenance personnel of the air duct production line must be professionals who master the corresponding machine tool expertise or technically trained personnel, and must operate the machine tools in accordance with the safety operation regulations and safety operation regulations.
2. Non-professionals in the air duct production line are not allowed to open the door of the electric cabinet. Before opening the door of the electric cabinet, it must be confirmed that the main power switch of the machine tool has been turned off. Only professional maintenance personnel are allowed to open the door of the electrical cabinet for power-on maintenance.
3. Except for some parameters that users can use and can change, other system parameters, spindle parameters, servo parameters, etc., users cannot modify privately, otherwise it will bring equipment, workpiece, personal and other damage to the operator;
4. After modifying the parameters, when the first processing is performed, the machine tool is to be locked with the machine tool, single block, etc. for no-load trial operation without loading raw materials. After confirming that the machine tool is normal, the raw materials are used for production;
5. The PLC program of the machine tool is designed according to the needs of the machine tool and does not need to be modified. Incorrect modification and operation of the machine tool may cause damage to the machine tool and even harm the operator;
6. If the continuous running time of the machine is too long, it will affect the life of the electrical system and some mechanical components, which will affect the accuracy of the machine tool. It is recommended that the continuous working time should not exceed 8 hours;
7. All connectors, joints, etc. of the air duct production line are not allowed to be unplugged and plugged with electricity, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.
Fault 1: The equipment of the air duct production line does not lift the knife when punching the small mouth.
Analysis: It may be that the solenoid valve is blocked by debris.
Treatment: Check whether the solenoid valve is energized, and if it is energized, check whether the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank has been replaced on schedule. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced regularly.
Fault 2: The punching die and the shearing knife of the air duct production line equipment cannot move.
analyze:
1. It may be that the connection line of the electrical box controlling the hydraulic solenoid valve is disconnected;
2. The intermediate relay of the electrical box may be damaged;
3. The automatic processing page of the touch screen is displayed as the state of no punching or the solenoid valve is stuck.
Treatment: Check whether the electrical circuit or equipment of the machine is damaged, replace and repair it in time, and contact the after-sales service in time.
Fault 3: After the equipment of the air duct production line starts production, the size of the sheet is unstable or the sheet just keeps going.
analyze:
1. The position guidance of the encoder status switch in the lower right corner of the touch screen is valid;
2. The encoder installed at one end of the measuring wheel is loose, slips, or breaks;
3. The encoder is damaged or the signal line is broken.
Treatment: Check the encoder and signal line to see if there is any deviation or damage, and repair and replace it in time.
Fault 4: The touch screen of the air duct production line equipment displays the emergency stop and servo alarm of the system and flashes.
Analysis: The emergency stop button next to the touch screen is not released, the servo motor has foreign objects, or the servo motor circuit is unstable.
Remedy: Release the emergency stop button next to the touch screen, check the running track of the servo motor and the guide rail for sagging, and check whether the connecting wire of the servo motor is broken or loose.
Fault 5: The products produced by the air duct production line equipment have cracks and scratches.
Analysis: It may be that the raw materials of the product are unqualified or the production process has problems, and there are foreign objects in the machine parts.
Handling: Check whether the raw materials are qualified and whether the operator neglects to bring sharp foreign objects into the leveling stick.
Other glitches:
1. The touch screen displays the hydraulic overload alarm and flashes.
Solution: Check whether the system pressure of the hydraulic station of the air duct production line is too high, whether the oil temperature is too high, whether the oil pump is damaged and the thermal relay is tripped, disassemble the cover of the electrical box, and manually reset the thermal relay.
2. The uncoiler does not discharge material continuously or does not discharge material.
Solution: Check whether the photoelectric switch for the material inspection of the air duct production line is damaged or the connecting line is disconnected. Whether the discharge sensor switch is placed in the correct position. The time relay in the uncoiler box is damaged, check and replace it.
