Ⅱ. Precautions for using flange forming machine

1. The equipment must be installed on a hard foundation surface, subject to the horizontal position of the feed rail surface.

2. Strictly abide by rules and regulations and safe operation procedures.

3. The operator should understand and master the structure and working principle of the equipment and maintenance check points.

4. Master the method and sequence of starting and stopping.

5. If you need to reverse when the equipment is running, you should reset the speed control switch first, stop it for 1 minute and then turn it on again.

6. When the dynamic pressure wheel is feeding, the fastening bolts should be loosened first, and after the feed reaches the scale, the bolts on both sides of the driven wheel should be fixed.

7. In the process of using, clean up the miscellaneous stains in the pressure roller groove and the surface of the workbench in time.
