Safety Operation Precautions of CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

Ⅰ. Before the CNC plasma cutting machine is operated on the machine

1. Checking each gas pipe, valve, ventilation or gas replacement and cleaning the cutting nozzle must be carried out in accordance with the relevant dangerous gas safety operation regulations. The operator shall not arbitrarily transfer the foreign sequence into the machine memory. No leakage is allowed, check whether the gas safety device is effective.

2. Check whether the gas inlet pressure provided meets the specified requirements.

3. Check whether the provided power supply voltage meets the specified requirements.

Ⅱ. CNC plasma cutting machine is working

1. Adjust the steel plate to be cut and keep it parallel to the track as much as possible.

2. Select the appropriate cutting nozzle according to the thickness and material of the plate. Make the cutting tip perpendicular to the steel plate.

3. According to different plate thicknesses and materials, reset the cutting speed and preheating time in the machine, and set a reasonable pressure for preheating oxygen and cutting oxygen.

4. After ignition, no one should touch the flame area. The operator should try to adopt the cutting method with less splash to maintain the cutting nozzle.

5. Check the heating flame and the cutting oxygen jet. If the cutting nozzle is found to be dirty or damaged, it should be replaced and cleaned in time. To clean the cutting tip, use a random special tool to clean it up.

6. If the tempering phenomenon occurs during the cutting process of the CNC plasma cutting machine, the power supply should be cut off in time, and the gas valve should be shut down. If the tempering valve sheet is burned, it should be stopped and replaced by the manufacturer or professional.

7. When the operator gets on the machine, he should always pay attention to the operation status of the equipment. If any abnormal situation is found, such as smell of gas and other odors, he should press the emergency stop switch and exit the working position in time. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine and leave the scene.

8. The operator should pay attention that after cutting a workpiece, the cutting torch should be lifted back to its original position, and the cutting should be carried out when it runs to the next station.

9. The operator should select the cutting speed according to the provisions of certain cutting elements, and it is not allowed to increase the equipment load simply to improve work efficiency, and deal with the relationship between equipment life, efficiency and environmental protection.

10. When the bridge crane is in operation, it is not allowed to pass over the equipment, just in case.

Ⅲ. CNC plasma cutting machine after get off work

1. After get off work, the equipment should be returned to the guarantee position and the air valve should be closed. The residual gas in the tube should be exhausted and the power should be turned off.

2. Implement the shift system, and record the operation status of the equipment on duty.

3. The site should be cleaned up carefully, and the work area should be kept clean and orderly.

Ⅳ. The daily maintenance of CNC plasma cutting machine

1. The track does not allow people to stand, step on, lean on heavy objects, and let alone impact. The rail surface is cleaned with compressed air after each shift and then wiped with gauze dipped in 20# oil. Always keep the guide rail surface lubricated and clean.

2. The drive rack should be cleaned with 20# oil every day, and no particle splashes are allowed on the rack.

3. The operator is only allowed to assemble the cutting nozzle, the rest of the parts cannot be assembled at will, and the electrical junction box can only be opened when the relevant personnel are allowed to overhaul.

4. If the equipment fails, please ask the maintenance personnel to deal with it in time. When the fault is large, it should be reported to the equipment department to organize a joint review of the relevant personnel to determine the maintenance plan. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the machine for inspection without permission.

Ⅴ. Safety guarantee of CNC plasma cutting machine

1. This type of work is a special type of work, and the operator must hold a license for this type of work issued by the Labor Bureau.

2. Staff are listed on the post, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter, let alone press keys without authorization, so as to avoid damage to the machine or program and loss of data.

3. Strong vibration sources should be avoided around the equipment.

4. When moving the equipment, it should be noted that decoupling or forward thrust is not allowed, and any part of the machine including the guide rails cannot be hit.

5. The power supply line of the equipment should be used alone, with an AC voltage stabilizer.

6. Ventilation or gas replacement and cleaning of the cutting nozzle must be carried out in accordance with the relevant hazardous gas safety operation regulations.

7. The operator of the CNC plasma cutting machine shall not arbitrarily transfer the foreign sequence into the machine memory to prevent viruses, and only use the special software approved by the factory.
