1. Electric double-disc rack for air duct production line

It is mainly to complete the feeding function of automatic feeding, feeding back and point movement, which has a good protection effect on the surface of the sheet metal. As long as it is on the upper feed rack and in the use of the coil, the operation is very simple.

2. The sheet leveling of the duct production line

The feeding roller-shaped plastic bag ensures the anti-slip of the sheet and will not cause damage to the appearance of the sheet, because the material selection of the embossing roller has an important effect on the arc and angle of the sheet.

3. The adjustment part of the duct production line

The shearing angle section is flat pressed on the tail and can be adjusted freely according to the width of the metal plate. When the shearing angle is different, it only needs to be changed from the mold. This is a dynamic hydraulic system.

4. The shear plate part of the duct production line

Mainly used for cutting when changing materials.

5. The biting machine of the duct production line

The main purpose is to ensure the size of the plate. When the length of the predetermined length is reached, the mobile bite machine of the air duct production line will automatically cut off and return to a series of actions to achieve the occlusal function.
