Main Uses and Characteristics of Spiral Duct Produced by Spiral Duct Machine

At present, spiral duct produced by spiral duct machine has been widely used in coal mine, shipbuilding, ventilation, purification, airport, tunnel, building decoration and other industries. In recent years, the spiral duct machine developed through research and introduction of advanced technology has reached the international advanced level. Its diameter of the coil is 80-1500mm, and its thickness of the processing plate is 0.4-1.2mm.

Ⅰ. Spiral duct produced by spiral duct machine is mainly used for:

1. Ventilation system: it can provide fresh air, exhaust discharge harmful gases to the outdoor, and send outdoor fresh air to the indoor. There is a lot of flow in the ventilation system. Therefore, in order to save costs and operating costs, it is necessary to use low resistance air conveying pipeline. Spiral duct produced by spiral duct machine is more appropriate. Galvanized strip steel is used as a raw material, and stainless steel can also be used in corrosive and particularly wet places.

2. Air conditioning system: in central air conditioning and cold storage, spiral duct can be affixed with thermal insulation material of beautiful appearance.

3. Lampblack emission system: in canteen, restaurant, and hotel kitchen, it can produce a lot of lampblack which needs to discharge. Spiral duct is more suitable to replace the traditional manual production of duct because of its function of good strength, economy and practicability.

4. Dust removal bulk material conveying system: in flour factory, bouquet factory, feed factory, dust removal device collection and transportation,  it should use the dust removal device to collect and convey. In pneumatic conveying system, some fine loose material particles can be transported through spiral duct, with low cost and good effect.

Ⅱ. Spiral duct produced by spiral duct machine: economic

1. According to the national specifications, in the case of the same pipe diameter, when the main material cost is reduced by 15%-20%, equivalent installation auxiliary materials (hanging keys, etc.) can be simply installed and its quantity is less. Besides, its cost can be reduced by 30% accordingly. During construction, hoisting efficiency is twice that of other ducts.

2. Under the same conditions, the low speed of the duct is changed to high speed. The system design can reduce the total amount of the duct, which is economical and saves space.

3. Under the same plate thickness and pipe diameter, the spiral duct has high strength and beautiful appearance. At the same section, the spiral duct is more reasonable than other ducts, and the vibration noise is significantly reduced. Under the same length, the number of flange connections is less, and the sealing performance is better than other ducts. Besides, the system ventilation quality is high.

Ⅲ. Spiral duct produced by spiral duct machine: speed

1. It is suitable for the efficient construction such as short and urgent projects because of its mechanized production. It is fast and efficient.

2. The number of connecting flanges is small, and the lifting and connecting workload is reduced by about 50%. The small diameter spiral duct has a single lifting point, which makes lifting fast and efficient.

3. Therew is no on-site processing procedures, reducing on-site operation and management procedures. It matches special-shaped pipe fittings which can be assembled on site, simple lifting.
