1. After connecting the power supply, carry out the forward and reverse direction of the lower roll and the up and down movement of the upper roll, and check whether there is abnormal jamming in each movement.
2. Operate in strict accordance with the processing procedure and operation method of the decoiler line. Pay attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roll is lifted to the limit position.
3. When the main drive stops, the upper roll can be lifted and lowered, the overturned bearing can be overturned and reset, and the upper roll can be raised.
4. In the process of operation, if irregular noise, impact and other abnormal phenomena are found, the machine shall be stopped immediately for inspection.
5. During the operation, all personnel shall coordinate with each other and follow the command of the person in charge of the coil. If there is no command, it is forbidden to start the decoiler machine.
6. Care should be taken when performing decoiler line operations to prevent your hands from being pressed by the steel plate and being drawn in with the steel plate.
