There are two kinds of processing technology for the
TDF Flange Forming Machine:
1. Delivery of processed semi-finished products
According to the customer’s decomposition diagram and systematic numbering diagram - cutting and blanking - paying attend to the duct number corresponding system - embossing (strengthening) - jointing undercut - forming the total of flange - folding the sides - jointing and assembling the angle code - sealing silicone processing - quality check - delivering from godown
2. Finished product processing and installation
Confirming the construction drawing according to the customer - on-site measuring and elevation - system serial numbers - drawing the decomposition - factory processing - the production of steel hangers - quality inspection - delivering from godown - lifting based on the system number diagram and the corresponding system air duct number - light leaking test - heat preservation.
