The production of the duct is usually used by the automated duct fabrication machine after a complex process. There may be quality problems in the production of air ducts due to improper use of automated duct fabrication machine or unreasonable operation procedures. The following are the quality problems and solutions in production.

4.Pipe connection hole: once the hole, please block it by using solder or sealant sealing.

5. Large edge sinking and small edge protruding: steel plate thickness shall be selected according to the specification, and the bite form shall be processed according to the system function according to the specification.

6. The rectangular air duct is twisted and warped: please cut correctly and the bite-size must be correct to ensure the same width of the bite.
