Duct Production Describition

The AUTO LINE VI can be put in a 20' container and taken to make ducts in construction site. The work flow of duct making in the video includes decoiler-staightening-beading-notching- punching –cutting-pittsburgh lock forming-coil conveyor-duplex TDF flange forming-duplex C cleat roll forming- hydraulic folding. The AUTO LINE VI has the characteristics of small volume, firm structure and convenient installation. It can be used on the construction site to realize the ideal of mobile operation and processing. Also this duct making saves the cost of labor and transportation, and its extra installing and testing are not needed.

Capabilities of Duct Production

1.Cut to length or cut blank for plasma cutting machine
2.1 Produce a full wrap duct with TDF flange and Pittsburgh lock
2.2 Produce a full wrap duct with C cleat (drive cleat) or C/S duct
3. All products can be made as “L” shape or “口” (full wrap duct)
4. Finished product can be used with whisper-loc seam closer for seaming
