Check before starting the machine

Decoiler machine is loved by many people in the metal industry. When using it, the operator should be familiar with its working principle and usual operation and maintenance methods. Here are the preparations of the equipment before starting:

1. Check the lubrication condition of the decoiler machine to see whether the oil level of the automatic oiler is normal and whether the lubricating oil at each lubricating point needs to be filled.

2. Check whether the clearance of the tool is suitable for the thickness of the plate to be decoiled.

3. Check whether there are sundries or garbage on the pinch roll and leveling roll of the decoiler machine.

4. Check whether the oil level of the hydraulic system is normal.

5. Check whether the part of the decoiler machine is loose or damaged, and adjust it.

6. Check whether the electrical device and compressed air of the decoiler machine are normal, and the compressed air pressure is above 0.5MPa.

7. Check whether the compressed air filter needs to drain water and whether the oil cup is short of oil.

The inspection before the start-up of the decoiler machine can be said to be a very important procedure. Its inspection is related to a series of later operations. If there is a problem, you can know and solve them in advance, and it will not affect the use process.
